Agencies can view, loan or receive a digital copy of records that have been transferred to the archive.

Options for agencies to access records in the archives are:

• view records in the Research Centre, for free (including openly accessible records of other agencies)
• receive a digital copy of a record, for a fee
• request a temporary loan of records which were created by their agency or its predecessors, subject to conditions imposed by the Director of State Records, for a fee.

To access records created by other agencies, contact that agency directly for a copy (original records must not be moved between agencies).
