The Freedom of Information Management System (FOIMS) is used by agencies to record activity under the Freedom of Information Act 1991

FOIMS is a system that enables agencies to record the Freedom of Information applications they receive which facilitates accurate and timely reporting.

State Records uses the data in FOIMS to develop the Freedom of Information Annual Report.

FOIMS Registration Form

To register your agency on the FOIMS system download and complete the FOIMS Agency Registration/Amendment Form and return it as per the instructions on the form. 

State Records will use the information to create your agency and an agency administrator in FOIMS. 

Access information will be provided once the registration has been processed.

This form can also be used to advise us of any adminstrative changes for your agency.
